With artists’
performance costs increasing dramatically over the last several years it is becoming more
difficult for buyers to acquire the artists they need, and if they’re paying
proportionate 10% fees for talent buying services, it makes it that much more difficult.
With our new Discount Talent Brokers Fee Program our maximum rate is only 7.5% up to
$70,000.00 giving you a savings of 25% over the standard 10% fee. And at $70,000.00 and
above we charge a flat fee of $5,000.00 for our Talent Buying Services passing on
significant savings on to you.

The talent buying process begins
with a proposed event date and budget range, along with pertinent information about the
event. Based on this information Ford Entertainment will research and submit a timely
report listing which artists fit your needs. We will then work with you to narrow down the
list to your top choice and in turn, negotiate the best price agreement possible on your
behalf.
Upon acceptance of an offer by the
artist you will receive the original artist’s contract and production
rider for approval. We will offer assistance and guidance in working through the
contract and production rider as well as being there for you throughout the process.
For those customers without
resources to effectively produce their own show Ford Entertainment & Productions
offers fully produced show services including on-site coordination and supervision. Price
will vary according to the artist and production requirements.
